Disney On Ice presents Frozen at Chicago United Center: 11:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. Shows To Go On as Scheduled; 7 p.m. Show Cancelled; Ticket Exchanges Offered for Ticketholders Unable to Attend

Due to inclement weather in the Chicago area, Feld Entertainment has cancelled tonight's (February 1) 7 p.m. performance of Disney On Ice presents Frozen. Today’s (February 1) 11:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. shows will be performed as scheduled.

Tickets for tonight’s (February 1) 7 p.m. performance will be moved to a newly added performance at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 3. Tickets do not need to be exchanged for new tickets. Existing tickets will be recognized for use on the newly scheduled Tuesday performance. Patrons are asked to keep their original tickets.

Ticketholders unable to make it to the United Center for today’s 11:30 a.m. or 3 p.m. shows may redeem their tickets at the United Center box office for tickets to the new 7 p.m. performance on Tuesday, Feb. 3, or the 3 p.m. performances on Thursday, Feb. 5, or Friday, Feb. 6. Patrons should bring their tickets with them to the box office for exchange.
