As the Manager, Social Media & Content, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies to drive engagement, brand awareness, and promotion of our concerts, special events, and food and beverage experiences. What You'll Do:

• Attend United Center concerts, special events and limited NBA/NHL games to create timely, on-site content that highlights the live event experience.
• Develop and implement social media strategies for @UnitedCenter and @UnitedCenterEats, aligning with organizational goals to enhance brand presence, drive engagement, and promote events in addition to food and beverage offerings.

• Engage with the community by fostering positive relationships, managing interactions, creating interactive content, and maintaining a consistent brand voice to boost audience participation and loyalty.
• Curate and produce video-driven storytelling content to enhance visitor experience and understanding.
• Create and implement interactive content, including polls, contests, and live updates, to enhance audience participation and loyalty.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices, applying emerging trends and technologies to enhance content creation and engagement strategies while conducting competitor analysis for growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (events and food & beverage) to ensure effective promotion, build and manage influencer partnerships for custom content, and ideate potential collaborator initiatives.
• Strengthen relationships with event promoters and collaborators to maximize cross-promotional opportunities and proactively engage with different departments to drive innovation and creativity.   

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, with a demonstrated track record in leading social media strategies for Instagram and TikTok specifically.
• Advanced proficiency in social media platforms (specifically Instagram and TikTok), analytics tools, and content creation software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.).
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to develop and manage high-impact social media campaigns.

Additional Information:

The pay range for this role is $75,000-80,000 annually. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute digital experience strategies across the United Center website, mobile app, and email channels to enhance fan engagement, usability, and brand consistency.

• Track and report on KPIs across website, app, and email channels, analyzing fan behavior to improve content strategy, user flow, and conversion.
• Deliver post-event and quarterly digital performance reports and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Serve as a digital guest journey expert, supporting fan inquiries related to navigation, ticketing, mobile app usage, and digital tools.
• Work cross-functionally with Events, Marketing, Ticketing, Partnerships, Guest Services, creative teams, and developers to ensure cohesive digital communication and support partner activations.
• Stay current on digital experience trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, conducting competitive audits and recommending enhancements that elevate the fan experience.    

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, business or technology. 
• At least 4-6 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM and marketing automation platforms and systems.
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, SEO/SEM, and personalization experiences.
• Expertise in digital marketing across website content management, email marketing and SMS.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.

• Support the creation and evaluation of financial models for real estate asset classes such as retail, residential, office, hotel, parking, and entertainment venues.

• Maintain construction draw schedules and monitor project budgets.

What You'll Do:

• Create a safe and secure environment for guests and employees.
• Monitor CCTV, door alarms and alarm systems.
• Report unsafe and unpresentable circumstances within the work area.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests, resolving concerns, and distributing promotional items.
• Monitor facility security through patrols, stationed posts, and vehicle operations.

Summary:
To deliver quality customer service, receive payment from customers for parking services and facilitate the flow of traffic through the gate.

Responsibilities:

• Courteously assist customers by answering any questions they may have courteously.
• Deliver quality customer service, receive customer payment for parking services, and facilitate traffic flow through the gate.
• Responsible for arriving at work every scheduled day on time and in a neat and clean uniform.

Qualifications:

• The individual is required to walk up and down several stairs throughout the duration of the event. The individual may be required to work near moving mechanical parts, work in high, precarious places or work in outdoor weather conditions. The position requires the ability to stand for 3 quarters (2/3) of shift. The use of hands, stooping, kneeling or reaching with hands may be required during shift. There may be lifting up to 10 pounds. Job Summary
Providing each guest and employees with a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable environment to view events through knowledge of Security procedures and facility familiarization at United Center. 

Demonstrated Skills:

• Must have security experience and/or PERC card. (Event experience or Criminal Justice studies preferred)
• Flexible work schedule including evening and weekend hours

Specific Duties:

• Create a safe and secure environment for guest and employees
• Promote a family atmosphere, guest enjoyment and safety
• Visual search of guests and guests’ bags for prohibited items prior to admittance into facilities
• Respond to exterior and interior radio calls
• Monitor CCTV, door alarms, alarm systems
• Using Security Vehicles for patrols and posts
• Have complete knowledge of all facility policies and services
• Be aware of safety hazards and reporting them appropriately
• Have superior knowledge of facility services and physical layout
• Facility policy enforcement
• Guest complaint resolution
• Promotional Item Distribution
• Documenting and reporting all unsafe and unpresentable circumstances within the work area.
• Miscellaneous operational (day of event) duties as directed

Qualifications:

• Must have security experience and/or PERC card. (Event experience or Criminal Justice studies preferred)
• High School Diploma or equivalent background
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must be available to work evening and weekend hours
