NCAA Midwest Regional Form

Please submit your name, email address and check the box for 'NCAA Waitlist' if you would like to be notified if/when tickets are released for sale to the public for the 2016 NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Championship Midwest Regional held March 25 & 27, 2016, at the United Center, hosted by the Big Ten Conference.

Should tickets become available for purchase they will be offered to those who registered for the waitlist. We will notify you via e-mail if tickets become available.
