Refund Policy
Once Executive Suite Holders have purchased tickets to other events, or additional suite tickets to Bulls or Blackhawks games, there are no refunds or exchanges. Executive Suite tickets and parking passes may not be resold, as detailed in the Suite License Agreement. Any violation may constitute a major default.

Chicago Bulls and Chicago Blackhawks Executive Suite Tickets
Executive Suite Holders will receive their tickets for the Bulls and Blackhawks at least one week before the first home preseason game. Parking passes will also be included. Playoff tickets will be mailed to every Executive Suite Contact at the conclusion of the regular season. Any tickets or parking passes that have been altered in any way (hole punched, blacked-out, etc.) will not be valid and are subject to confiscation.

Additional Suite Tickets
Executive Suite Holders have the right to purchase up to eight additional Executive Suite tickets to Bulls and Blackhawks games.

Additional suite tickets must be ordered on the Premium Seating website.

Pick-up and Delivery of Executive Suite Tickets
The United Center Box Office provides five options for delivering Executive Suite tickets. When completing the order form online for additional tickets, or for special event tickets, you will select the method of delivery. Orders take at least 24 hours to be processed.

  1. Regular Mail: Please allow at least 10 days before the event for this option. For your protection, the Box Office will only mail tickets to the address on file with the Premium Seating Department.
  2. Overnight Delivery: The Box Office will send your tickets by Federal Express overnight. If you have a Federal Express account number, please include it in the space provided on the order form. If you do not have an account number, the Box Office will charge your credit card on file with the Premium Seating Department.
  3. Messenger Pick-Up: : Please ensure the messenger has the following information: 1) Suite Licensee name (name on Suite License Agreement, not cost sharing partners), 2) Suite level and number, and 3) Event name and date. Please send messengers to the Box Office located at Gate 4.
  4. Will Call Pick-Up: Suite will call is located inside the building at Gate 4. Please provide the full name of the person picking up the tickets. That person will be required to show appropriate identification, and should be advised of the following information: the Suite Licensee name (on the Suite License Agreement, not cost sharing partners), along with the Suite level and number.
  5. Ticket Forwarding/Print at Home: Executive Suite Holders can email tickets to their guests or print them from any desktop by following the Ticket Forwarding information on the Premium Seating website.

Box Office hours are Monday through Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and through halftime for Bulls games, or through the first period for Blackhawks games.

A Box Office representative will be available by telephone at (312) 455-4657 Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

United Center Special Events (concerts, circus, ice shows, etc.)
Under the terms of the Suite License Agreement, Executive Suite Holders will have the right to purchase tickets (depending on the suite location) and up to four additional parking passes to other United Center events open to the general public. To open an Executive Suite for any non-Bulls or non-Blackhawks public event, the Suite Holder must order a minimum of two Executive Suite tickets.

Event Notification
When offering Suite Holders the opportunity to purchase tickets and parking passes to other events, the United Center will communicate via email in advance of tickets going on sale to the general public. Email notifications will be sent with as much advance notice as possible and will include detailed information about the event, along with purchasing instructions and deadlines. Every Suite Holder must have a valid email address on file, and the United Center cannot be responsible for notifications blocked by spam filters or returned as undeliverable.

For your protection, all tickets to United Center events will be mailed to the address on file with the Premium Seating Department.

What If I'm Late or Don't Respond?
If the United Center does not receive an order from the Suite Holder, it is considered as “No Interest” for the event. Due to limited processing time and ticket availability, late orders cannot be accommodated.

Relocation of Executive Suite Holders for Obstructed View Events
Depending on stage configurations, certain Executive Suites may have an obstructed view. Obstructed view Executive Suites will be determined by the performer(s) on an event-by-event basis.

Obstructed view Suite Holders will receive the opportunity to buy the best available seat locations in the seating bowl. If tickets are purchased, Suite Holders will also receive an equal number of obstructed view Executive Suite Passes which will be stapled to a ticket stub designating the suite number. Ticket holders will be given access to the Executive Suite Level only after providing an event ticket, suite pass and suite ticket stub. The ticket and pass will allow Suite access up to 15 minutes prior to the scheduled event time. Upon leaving the Suite, all guests will be required to remove all personal belongings (unless specifically advised by the United Center that access will be permitted after an event). If access is allowed after an event, the suite levels will generally remain open for up to one hour. (This policy is subject to change on days when there are multiple events, or under special circumstances at the discretion of United Center management.) During the event, all Suite Holders and guests must sit in their ticketed seats in the arena.

Since the final placement and configuration of the stage, lighting and sound equipment may change prior to an event, suites previously designated as obstructed-view may be reclassified as unobstructed. This may occur as late as the day of the event. Should that occur, Suite Holders would have the option of sitting in their reserved seats in the seating bowl, or sitting in their suite provided they have a ticket accompanied by an Executive Suite Pass.

Special Event Guidelines
For all special events, including concerts and ice shows, please follow these guidelines when the show begins:

  • The ceiling and bar lights must be turned off in the Suites.
  • The television(s) must be turned off in the Suite unless the promoter has allowed the use of an in-house closed circuit broadcast of the performance. In addition, in an effort to maintain the lights-out atmosphere often required for “dark” events, the Suite television feeds will be disconnected at the scheduled start time.

United Center Small Theater
The United Center has the ability to host intimate theater-style events (generally between 3,000 to 10,000 guests). In these smaller configurations, there will be Suites with obstructed views of the stage beyond those normally restricted for standard United Center shows. The Suites affected will depend on the use and placement of draping, lighting and sound equipment. If your Suite is obstructed, we will attempt to make tickets available to purchase. The number of tickets made available will be determined on an event-by-event basis by the show promoter.

Replacement Tickets
Executive Suite Holders who have had their tickets or parking passes lost or stolen must email premiumseating@unitedcenter.com up to two hours prior to the start of the event. Replacements will be issued for any lost or stolen tickets at no charge. The replacement tickets or parking passes will be left at the Suite Holder Will Call when the gates open for the event. Original tickets or parking passes will no longer be valid.

Only authorized representatives of the Suites may purchase Suite tickets and submit requests for lost or stolen tickets.

Changes in Account Information
The Premium Seating Department requires two authorized contacts remain on file for each Executive Suite. Executive Suite Holders are responsible for notifying the United Center for any change of email address, credit card number, address or contact name. Requests for changes can be mailed to the United Center Premium Seating Department, 1901 West Madison Street, Chicago, IL 60612; or by sending an email to premiumseating@unitedcenter.com; or by sending a fax to (312) 455-4140, Attention: Premium Seating.

Payment Policies
All Executive Suite Holders are required to have two credit cards on file. All credit cards must be approved and processed before receiving tickets. Executive Suite ticket orders will be charged to the credit card that was designated on the order submitted.

If the credit cards on file fail to be approved for any transaction, the United Center will automatically deny the ticket request. Due to limited processing time, notification of denial will not necessarily be provided to the Suite Holder.

For Bulls and Blackhawks preseason, regular season and Playoff games, every Executive Suite Holder will receive a total of four parking passes per game.

Two reserved parking passes are valid in Lot C and K; the other two reserved parking passes are for Lots A, B, D, E or L. Parking passes are good for one space each. To assist parking lot attendants and speed the entry process, passes should be attached to the rear view mirror or your car.

For special events, every Executive Suite Holder receives two complimentary parking passes in Lot C or K per event ordered. Executive Suite Holders have the option to purchase up to four additional parking passes in Lot C or K.

Suite Holder parking passes are valid for buses or limousines under the guidelines outlined below. Depending on availability, your vehicle may be relocated to another United Center parking lot. We encourage you to arrive early.

  • Large School Buses may park in Lot B only. Two Suite Holder parking passes are required (Parking Pass C, K or multiple lots).
  • Smaller Buses (15-20 passengers) may park in Lots C or K only. Two Suite Holder parking passes are required (Parking Pass C, K or multiple lots).
  • Limousines (reasonable length only) may park in Lots C or K only. Two Suite Holder parking passes are required (Parking Pass C, K or multiple lots).
Executive Suite Parking Map

To access the United Center and the Executive Suite Levels, you may enter at Gate 2 ½ on Madison Street, or Gate 6 ½ on Adams Street. An Executive Suite (Lower, Club or Penthouse Level) ticket is needed to access any suite level. Adjacent to these gates are lobbies with private Executive Suite elevators and stairs which will take Suite Holders and their guests directly up to all three Suite levels. Lower Level and Club Level Suite ticket holders are encouraged to use the stairs when possible to alleviate congestion at the elevators. For Penthouse Level ticket holders, an express elevator is located on the south side of the United Center for your convenience.

All Suite Holders have access to the 100 and 300 Level public concourses. The 200 Level and Chicago Stadium Club are for Lexus Club Level members only and are not accessible to Suite Holders.

For Bulls and Blackhawks games, the gates typically open 90 minutes prior to game time. For other events, the promoter of the event will determine gate times.

Executive Suite Check-In
When arriving on the Lower, Club and Penthouse Suite Levels, tickets will be checked and punched, and one hand will be stamped with invisible ultraviolet ink.

If Suite guests choose to leave the Suite level during the event, they must take their tickets with them and exit through the center doors by the elevator lobbies. All guests returning to Suites with a punched ticket must have a hand stamp. Any guest attempting to access the Suite Level without a ticket and hand stamp will be denied entry.

Departure Procedures
When leaving the Executive Suite or the Suite Level, be sure to take your ticket with you to ensure re-entry. And please remember that once you leave the United Center, re-entry is not permitted.

Executive Suite guests will be permitted to remain on the Executive Suite Lower, Club and Penthouse Levels up to one hour following the conclusion of the event while traffic clears. This policy is subject to change at the discretion of United Center management.

Appropriate Behavior
For the comfort, safety and enjoyment of all Suite Holders and their guests, the United Center requests appropriate behavior at all times. The licensees of the Suite will be held responsible for the conduct of their Suite guests at all times.

Suite Holders or guests who engage in inappropriate behavior will be subject to ejection from the United Center or possible prosecution. Inappropriate behavior by Suite Holders or guests may constitute a major default of the Suite License Agreement.

Security Procedures
These measures help ensure the safety and security of our guests:

  • Security personnel inside and outside of the United Center.
  • Laptops, bags or items larger than a briefcase (backpacks, duffel bags, etc.) are permitted on the United Center Suite Levels only. The items will be inspected by security at the Suite entrance (Gates 2 ½ and 6 ½).
  • Briefcases, unwrapped gifts and purses are allowed in the United Center, but they will be inspected at the gates.
  • Once guests have exited the building, they cannot re-enter for any reason.

Executive Suite Security
To ensure safety and security, please note the following guidelines:

  • Please keep your Suite door locked and closed.
  • Please do not leave any valuables unattended in the Suite.
  • When in the Suite seating area, please refrain from standing in the aisles. This tends to impede the view of guests in neighboring suites.
  • Please do not leave items (binoculars, coats, etc.) in the Suite. The United Center cannot be responsible for items left behind following an event. The locked Levy Restaurants cabinet above the sink area is for beverages only.
  • Please use a plastic cup for your beverage when leaving your Suite lounge. In addition, please do not bring cans, bottles or glasses from your lounge area into the permanent seating area, into the Suite concourses, or onto the Suite elevators.

Executive Suite Catering
Levy Restaurants looks forward to creating a memorable experience for you and your guests. To order food and beverage for your suite, please contact Levy Restaurants at (312) 455-7400 or ucsuiteeats@levyrestaurants.com.

Player Appearances
Former Bulls and Blackhawks players are available to make guest appearances in your suite. For Bulls appearances, please contact the Community Relations Department at (312) 455-4000. For Blackhawks appearances, please contact the team’s Alumni Organization at (312) 455-7000. Appearances may require player fees and are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

United Center Box Office
The Box Office features many ticket windows conveniently located throughout the building. The Box Office and will call windows can be found at Gate 4. The inside ticket windows are generally reserved for Suite Holders and their guests. On the day of an event, these inside windows open 30 minutes before the gates open. Closing times vary depending on the event.

Tickets to most United Center events can be purchased at the Box Office, UnitedCenter.com, the team websites (Bulls.com and ChicagoBlackhawks.com), Ticketmaster locations or by calling (312) 559-1212.

Smoking Policy
The City of Chicago’s non-smoking ordinance prohibits any type of smoking anywhere in the United Center. Penalties may result if a guest is found smoking inside the building.
