BTS is bringing their BTS WORLD TOUR 'LOVE YOURSELF' to Chicago for two dates in October! Korean boy band BTS surprised ARMY around the world with the news of their Love Yourself world tour.

 
DAILY TIMELINE:

QUICK CONCERT FACTS:
  • How long is the show? The concert is 2.5 hours with no intermission.
  • Photography? – All cameras and/or video cameras prohibited, only cellphone photography is permitted.  Violators may be ejected.
  • Outside Food/Drink? – Not allowed in the arena, but there are plenty of options available inside. 
  • Metal Detectors? – Yes, all guests will enter through metal detectors.
  • Signs? – No signs or banners will be allowed inside the building.
  • Glow Sticks /Light Sticks? –  Official BTS Light Sticks (a.k.a. light bombs/army bombs) are allowed. They do not have to be purchased at the venue.

  • Check Your Tickets: Before arriving, please double check the date of the event on your ticket(s) to determine if you are ticketed for Tuesday, Oct. 2 or Wednesday, Oct. 3

  • Entrances:
    • GA Ticketholders: Entry is located at Gate 5.
    • Reserved Seating Ticketholders: Multiple entrances are located in the Atrium and on the north and south sides of the building. Enter through the South Atrium doors for faster entry.
 
When can General Admission Pit ticketholders begin lining up? 
  • Ticketholders for may begin lining up starting at 10:00 AM on each show day.
 
What is the General Admission Pit wristbanding process?
  • STARTING TIME: At 10 AM, GA pit guests will receive numbered wristbands. This represents the order you will line up in for the GA pit.
  • LOCATION: Guests will only receive wristbands from a credentialed United Center security employee at Gate 5. Gate 5 is located on the south side of the United Center, near the South Atrium entrance.
  • LEAVING PRIVILEGES: Once the wristband is received, guests are free to leave and are asked to return at 4 PM to Gate 5, the location where the wristband was distributed.
  • RETURNING TIME: Starting at 4 PM, all guests with a GA pit wristband will be lined up at Gate 5 in order of the wristband number received.
  • ONE PROCESS: This is the only process approved for GA entry. No additional arrangements can be honored at this time.
  • SAME DAY WRISTBANDS ONLY: Wristbands will only be issued to ticketholders on the same day of their ticket.
 
What are details about the Merchandise Village?
  • HOURS: The Merchandise Village will open at 10 AM on each day of the concert.
  • LOCATION: Lot C (1901 West Madison St., Chicago, IL 60612)
  • DETAILS:
    • Parking in Lot C opens at 8 AM to accommodate visitors.
    • Guests without concert tickets are welcome to the Merchandise Village. Patrons must have a concert ticket to enter the arena for the show.
    • There will be separate lines for Merchandise Village and concert entry.
    • Location of these lines will be determined by show staff and designated day of concert. 
    • Merchandise will only be sold in the outdoor Merchandise Village. Only the Army Bombs will be sold inside the arena.
    • Restrooms will be accessible in the United Center Atrium.
 
What information should I know about the box office?
  • HOURS: Box office will open starting at 11 AM on each day.
  • LOCATION: The Box office/Will Call counters are located at the East Atrium Entrance of the United Center. Address: 1901 West Madison Street, Chicago, IL 60612
  • I.D. REQUIREMENTS: Guests picking up will call tickets area required to show a valid photo ID in their name.  The name on the valid photo ID must match the name on the will call ticket envelope.  
 
What are the parking details?
  • All official United Center parking lots are conveniently located near the arena and can be accessed from Damen Ave., Madison St., Adams St., Warren Blvd., Wood St., Monroe St., and Washington St.
  • Merchandise Village: Parking for the Merchandise Village will open up in Lot C at 8 AM.
  • General Parking: All other parking lots are open to the public at 5 PM.

Is there a minimum age to attend the concert? 
  • There is no minimum age limit for attendees.  
  • Accompanying a minor is at the parent's discretion. ALL ATTENDEES MUST HAVE A TICKET, regardless of age and including infants.
 
What is the bag policy?
  • United Center prohibits all backpacks and hard-sided bags, along with any other bags (including briefcases, luggage, purses and diaper bags) that are larger than 14”x14”x6” in size. Single-compartment drawstring bags and fashion backpack purses will be permitted. 
  • Please note that all approved bags are subject to inspection upon entry, and the United Center is unable to check or store prohibited items inside during the event.

What items are prohibited from the United Center:

  • Air horns or any other artificial noise makers
  • Banners, signs or flags
  • Fireworks
  • Laser pens or laser products of any type
  • Animals (excluding service animals)
  • Outside food or beverage of any kind (alcoholic beverages included)
  • Poles or sticks
  • Selfie sticks
  • Projectiles
  • Weapons of any kind, including guns, knives, pepper spray and mace.
  • Any other item deemed unacceptable by the United Center. The United Center will not store any of the aforementioned items.

From the

North

Take I-90 East to the Madison Street exit and make a right onto Madison Street. The building will be on your left.

South

Take I-55 North to the Damen exit and make a left, going northbound for approximately 7 minutes. The building will be on your right.

East

Take Madison Street west from the Loop.

West

Take I-290 East to exit 28A (Damen Avenue). Take Damen Avenue north to Madison Street. Make a right onto Madison Street and the building will be on your right.

Take the Orange, Green, Purple, or Brown lines to Madison. Take #20 Madison buses west.

To the United Center: The #19 United Center Express Bus runs on game days. Service begins 90 minutes prior to game time, runs every 10 minutes until 30 minutes until start of game. Board at stops starting southbound on Michigan and Randolph. Connections are made with Metra trains at Millennium Station, Ogilvie Center and Union Station. The #20 Madison Bus travels west on Madison Street, starting downtown at Wabash Street and runs every few minutes, making all stops to the United Center.

From the United Center: The #19 United Center Express and the #20 Madison buses run every few minutes, departing from the eastbound side of Madison Street. Buses make all stops.

Two reserved parking passes will be valid in lots C and K. The other two reserved parking passes will be for parking in lots A, B, D, or L. Holders of these passes will be directed to A, B, D, or L lots by traffic police and parking attendants based on traffic conditions. Parking passes are good for one space each. All parking passes are mobile entry only.

For all special events, each Executive Suite Holder will receive two complimentary parking passes per event ordered. These two passes will be for reserved parking located in lots C and K. In addition, Executive Suite Holders will also receive the option to purchase four additional parking passes in lots C and K for special events.

Suite Holder parking passes are also valid for buses or limousines under specific guidelines.

Lexus Club Seat members have reserved parking in fenced, well-lit and clearly marked parking lots adjacent to the United Center for all Blackhawks or Bulls preseason, regular season and playoff games. All Lexus Club members who purchase tickets to other events may also purchase one preferred parking pass (in lot C or K) for such events. Details on how to obtain parking for other events are included with the fax transmission announcing each event.

Lexus Club Seat members with two to four tickets receive a complimentary, reserved parking space in a closed-in, paved lot for all Blackhawks or Bulls preseason, regular season and playoff games. Lexus Club Seat members with five seats or more will be provided with two parking passes.

UBER ZONE FAQs:

What is the Uber Zone (Lot E) at the United Center?
To increase and streamline the fan experience for guests who take Uber to and from the United Center, the new Uber Zone is located at the corner of Madison Street and Wood Street (Lot E) and will combine the three former Uber locations around the arena. Traffic leading to the three prior Uber pickup locations 1) Zone A, previously located on Wood Street & Washington Blvd. near Lot A, 2) Zone D, previously located on Monroe Street & S. Paulina Street near Lot D and 3) Zone F, previously located on Monroe Street & Seeley Ave. near Lot F will now be directed towards the one new Uber Zone in Lot E.

What is the location of the Uber Zone?
The new Uber Zone at the United Center is located on the corner of Madison Street and Wood Street. Fans will enter and exit through the sidewalk entrance located on Madison Street and cars will enter the lot by turning into the Uber Zone from Madison Street. Cars will exit on Warren Blvd.

What are the hours of operation?
On event days, the Uber Zone is open two hours prior to games, concerts and events and will remain open up to one hour after each event. On non-event days, the Uber Zone will be closed and Uber rides will be dropped off near the corner of Madison Street and Wood Street outside of the Uber Zone.

What is the pickup process for fans?

  1. Using the Uber app, fans inside the United Center will call an Uber ride.
  2. Guests will then head to the new Uber Zone located at the corner of Madison Street and Wood Street in front of the United Center.
  3. When arriving, fans will show the Uber attendant the lane number their driver is in.
  4. Fans will be shown the location where their Uber vehicle is located to start their next journey.

What is the dropoff process for fans?
When Uber drivers arrive with guests at the United Center, they will be instructed to pull into the Uber Zone from the Madison Street side to drop off fans. Once exiting the vehicle, guests will walk out of the main entrance located on the corner of Madison Street and Wood Street. Guests can cross the street to the United Center and are encouraged to enter through the East Atrium.
