New Premium Seating Experience

FAQs - PREMIUM SEATING ENTRY & BUILDING

Entry to the United Center
To streamline the entry and exit process, each ticketholder will receive a dedicated gate for entry and exit – either Gate 2 ½ or Gate 6 ½ for access to the Premium Seating levels. You will not be permitted to use any other gates to access the arena. Your designated gate information will be listed on your ticket.

Can I access other levels of the United Center?
No, we are asking all guests to remain on their designated suite level for the duration of the event. Guests will not have access to concession stands or retail on the 100 or 300 level concourses.

Additionally, Premium Seating guests are not able to visit the other suite levels.

Where can I park at the United Center?
You can park in the designated United Center parking lots as you have done in the past. However, please note that you must enter the building at the designated gate information listed on your ticket.

Are bags allowed in the United Center?
In accordance with new United Center health and safety protocols, no bags are allowed, including purses, small clutches and handheld wallets. Very limited exceptions will be made for medically-required bags and diaper bags (no larger than 14x14x6) when an infant is present. Please contact United Center Guest Relations at 312-455-4509 for more information.

Can I book a space at the United Center for a pre-game meeting?
Meeting spaces are currently not available.

How will social distancing be managed within each Premium space?
To assist with social distancing requirements, bar stools and extra furniture have been removed from suites and club spaces.

Unavailable seats in each suite and club’s seating areas have been zip-tied closed. Please only sit in your open, designated seats and do not remove any zip ties.

We are asking that guests do not mingle within the suite and club lounge areas and the suite level concourses.

Can guests on the Premium Seating levels purchase retail?
Premium Seating guests must remain in their designated suite level zone during the event. However, retail can be pre-ordered up to 24 hours prior to the event and delivered to your Premium Seating location in advance.

Fans can visit the Madhouse Team Store website to view available items and call (312) 455-4600 to place their pre-order order by phone.

There is no event day retail purchase option in the Premium Seating level zone.

FAQs - PREMIUM SEATING TICKETS

How will I get my tickets? Do I need a smartphone to display them or can I print my tickets?
All Premium Seating tickets will be distributed as mobile tickets, accessed via ClickTix, to aid in the contactless entry process. All mobile tickets must be displayed on a smartphone for game entry and will feature a rotating barcode. As a result, screenshots or printouts will not work for entry into the arena this year.

Can I still transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, fans can still forward tickets via their United Center ClickTix account. All transfers must be done through the United Center or Ticketmaster system. Screenshots will not work as a method of entry into the United Center.

However, fans should only transfer tickets to family or friends within your trusted group.

Upon request, the United Center will provide last known ticketholder information to city and state health officials and the last known ticketholder will likely be contacted as part of the government official contact tracing process.

What is the policy if a game gets canceled, postponed or is played without fans?
In the event a game is canceled or played without fans, you will receive a license fee credit on your account.

If a game is postponed, your original tickets will still be valid for the rescheduled date.

For rental suite purchasers, you will have the option to receive a credit on your account for a future event or a full refund.

What is the policy if one of my guests is not able to attend a game due to COVID-19 – testing positive, contact tracing, being denied entry based on the pre-arrival health questionnaire etc.?
If you are unable to attend a game due to COVID-19, please contact the Premium Seating Department at premiumseating@unitedcenter.com for options.

Is the box office accessible if I need ticket assistance?
Yes. United Center Box Office can assist you at one of their exterior windows located on the East Side of the Atrium.
