No Readmittance

• Once guests exit the building, they cannot reenter unless they have a full ticket. Management reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy.

Children's Entry Policy

• Children under 36" in height are not required to have a ticket for admission. Any child who enters without a ticket must share a seat with an accompanying adult.

Camera Policy

• By artists' request, no cameras, and no audio or video recorders are allowed in the United Center. You may call 312-455-4500 for confirmation of this policy on a per event basis.

Sound and Lighting

• All sound and lighting should be flown to its highest point so as not to obstruct sight lines and to provide the highest quality sound in all seating levels, especially the upper seating level. The total elevation from arena floor to highest point of seating is 96 feet.

• All sound and lighting engineers must meet with the United Center Event Operations Department prior to the rigging of any equipment.

Show Vehicle Parking

• All parking arrangements must be made in advance with the United Center Event Operations Department.

Smoking Policy

• In accordance with the Chicago Clean Indoor Air Ordinance of 2005, the United Center is a smoke-free facility.
