Building Security Officer

At Your Service (AYS) is hiring at the United Center, home of the Chicago Blackhawks and the Chicago Bulls. AYS seeks a well-organized individual to be Building Security Officer. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: enforcing compliance with building security procedures, inspecting and screening employee, contractor, and media bags, and handling guest complaint resolution. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, leadership ability and good interpersonal skills. Security experience is a plus. Must have weekend and holiday availability and a valid driver’s license. Average hours will not exceed 30 hours per week.

Crowd Manager

At Your Service (AYS) is hiring at the United Center, a premiere sports and entertainment facility and home of the Chicago Blackhawks and the Chicago Bulls. AYS seeks a well-organized individual to be Crowd Manager. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: enforcing all guest conduct policies, assisting guests with disabilities and imparting guest information and direction, guest complaint resolution, limiting access to restricted areas, clearing seating areas and concourses post-event, and facility policy enforcement. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, leadership ability and good interpersonal skills. Must have evening, weekend, and holiday availability. Guest Services Team Leader

At Your Service (AYS) is hiring at the United Center, a premiere sports and entertainment facility and home of the Chicago Blackhawks and the Chicago Bulls. AYS seeks well-organized individual to fill position of Guest Services Team Leader. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: supervising event staff, assisting the manager on duty, new hire orientation, and administration of Guest Services department training. Candidate must be able to handle multiple projects in a timely and efficient manner. Candidate must also have flexible availability including evening and weekend hours. Average hours may total approximately 20 hours per week. Some college or one to two years related experience preferred. Competitive salary and benefits. Network Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary Radio Frequency (RF) Coordinator.
  • Maintain wireless infrastructure, including WiFi 802.11x, cellular, 2-Way Radio and other systems.
  • Day-to-day management of local area network (LAN), firewalls, wide area network (WAN) and security.
  • Manage contractors and/or employees, and function as liaison between vendors and consultants.

Experience:

  • Must have a solid background in maintenance and upkeep of network security solutions along with strategic planning for the technical environments.
  • Knowledge of, and experience with various networking concepts and protocols; firewalls and security measures.
  • Experience with client server based applications such as web servers, e-mail servers, database servers, etc., hardware and software systems.
  • Mandatory familiarity with TCP/IP, Switching and routing CLI and protocols. Also, familiarity with Windows, MacOS, and productivity tools, including various platforms and standards: PowerPC, Intel x86, EISA, PCI, SCSI, IDE, Serial Communications, Parallel Communications, etc.

Technical Production Analyst

The United Center, a premiere sports and entertainment facility and home of the Chicago Blackhawks and the Chicago Bulls, seeks motivated and detail-oriented individual to be Technical Production Analyst. Successful candidate will perform setup, breakdown, troubleshooting of rental audio/visual support equipment, cable installations and terminations. A basic knowledge of audio, video and data communications technologies are essential to the position. Must be able to work evenings and weekends. Competitive wages.
