• The United Center will pay the net proceeds due from ticket receipts, less rent and other charges, in a timely manner after the conclusion of an event, upon completion of settlement.
• All rental rates and charges due to the United Center are payable upon demand.
• Any balance over 30 days will be charged a monthly finance charge until paid.
