Parents Room:
A parent’s lounge will be available in the Governors Room on a first come first serve bases for 149 people according to the rooms’ occupancy placard. Entrance to the room will be from Gate 4 (Jordan Statue) ONLY, with no exceptions. Restrooms are available in the room, along with light refreshments and TV’s. At no time will parents be allowed into the arena concourse or seating areas without a ticket.
Drop off/Pick up:
Please be aware there is no official designated drop off or pick up area around the United Center. Also, the Chicago Police Department will strictly enforce vehicular traffic on Madison Street pre and post show.
