• The United Center loading dock area is sub-grade, climate controlled/weather sheltered and accessible by entrance on the west side of the building, off Damen Ave.

• The dock contains three 8' wide × 10' high bays with levelers, as well as two additional enclosed TV docks with room for two production trucks side by side (36' wide × 66' deep × 13'8" high) or three tour buses.

• Trailers may be unloaded in the staging area adjacent to the arena floor.

• The storage/staging area is 11,000 sq. ft. in addition to under stage space.

• The dock is equipped with one (1) refrigerated trash compaction bay (ground level) with a 42 yard trash container.

Dock Access

Enter via 5 South Damen Ave. Deliveries are accepted Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. No deliveries after hours and on weekends unless pre-arranged. Ample parking for touring buses (three inside the TV dock bay) and three truck docks, plus easy access storage for trucks, vans and limousines. Exterior electrical hookups available.
