The Employer agrees with Local No. 714 to abide by the terms and conditions as described for stewards and loaders.
- Straight time wages shall be paid for any hours worked between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
- Any hours worked prior to 8:00 a.m. or after 4:30 p.m. shall be paid for at the rate of time and one-half, Monday through Friday.
- Any hours worked on a Saturday shall be paid for at the rate of time and one-half.
- Any hours worked on Sunday shall be paid for at the rate of double time.
- The minimum work call is four hours
- The legal and recognized holidays are: Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day. Any hours worked on the above holidays shall be paid at the rate of double time.
- The Employer agrees to pay the current rate per hour for every hour worked, including overtime hours, to Local 714 International Brotherhood of Teamsters Pension Fund.
- The Employer agrees to pay the current rate per hour for every hour worked, including overtime hours, to Local 714 International Brotherhood of Teamsters Health and Welfare Fund.
- For every hour worked vacation pay is to be paid at a rate of $1.00/hour to Local 714 Vacation Pay Fund.
