Coming to an event at the United Center? If you are an American Express Card Member, bring your card to the event and receive exclusive access to enter the United Center through one of the dedicated American Express Card Member Entrances.

FINDING YOUR WAY THERE

The American Express Card Member Entrance can be accessed on Madison Street (Gate 3 ½), to the west of the Advocate Center. Please CLICK HERE to view a map for reference.

ACCESS POLICY

Access through the Card Member Entrances at the United Center in Chicago, IL is available only to American Express Card Members. To gain entry to United Center through one of the American Express Card Member Entrances, you must present the guest services representative with a: Valid American Express Card along with a valid event ticket*

*All active American Express Card Members are permitted entry to the United Center via the Card Member Entrances for themselves and all guests in their party, provided all guests have a valid event ticket.

The American Express Card Member Entrances will be accessible for designated events at United Center including all Chicago Bulls and Chicago Blackhawks home games as well as major sports and entertainment events.

Access through these entrances begins once all general doors to the arena open for each event. Doors for Chicago Bulls and Chicago Blackhawks games open 90 minutes prior to the event start time, and vary for concerts, family shows and other sports events. Exact opening times can be referenced on a per-event basis. Please visit the event page for the date you are attending for more information.
