Harris Bank ATMs are located on the 100 level next to Fandemonium at section 117, Gate 4 Box Office Lobby across from section 105/106, Lexus Club Level at section 221, and on the 300 level across from section 319.

Automobile Assistance
If you parked in an official United Center lot during an event and need assistance with your vehicle please stop by Gate 4.

Banners/Signs/Flags
May not be displayed or affixed during games or performances. Poles or sticks to display banners, signs, or flags are also not permitted.

Banquet Rooms
Banquet space is available for special events, contact Levy Restaurants at 312-455-7412.

Bar One
Located directly above the Ketel One Club across from section 119, which is open to the general public and sports a full bar. Please stop by for an appetizer or specialty martini in an urban lounge setting.

Bud Select Brew Pub and Carvery
Located across from section 108. Please stop by and sample a fresh-carved sandwich or specialty beer; before, during, or after any game.

Cameras
Following rules are general and can be overridden based on a specific request from the attraction or promoter: 

• Sporting Events: Non-flash, still cameras of any type may be used to take pictures of sporting events or events where house lights are illuminated during a performance as long as it does not interfere with other guests view. Any tripod or other photography equipment may not be used or placed in any area of the building without a building issued media credentials. 
  
• Concerts and other events. The Event Producer reserves the right to deny camera use at any time before or during the show.

Video Recorders, Tape Recorders and Digital Cameras with recording capabilities are prohibited any time during an event. The United Center reserves the right to examine and prohibit use of any cameras that its personnel deems unacceptable.

Children Entry
Children under 36” do not require a ticket, but must remain on the lap of an accompanying adult for the entire event. For concerts and special events please contact the United Center Box Office at 312-455-4500.

Charitable Donations

Chicago Stadium Club on the Lexus Club Level
Located on the 200 level for members only. Indulge in a full buffet in an elegant and comfortable setting. Open before, during, and after Chicago Blackhawks and Chicago Bulls games, and for select concerts.

Concessions
There is 46 permanent concessions stands throughout the arena which are operated by Levy Restaurants.

Designated Driver Program
For those guests 21 and over who wish not to consume alcohol while at the United Center. You may sign up for this program at either the Gates 2 or 6 Guest Relations booth where you will receive a coupon for one free regular size fountain soda.

Elevators
Located next to Gates 3 and 7, and are for those guests with disabilities or who may need special assistance as well as Suite level guests.

Emergency Phone Calls
Guests who expects to receive an emergency phone call should register their name and seat location with either the Gates 2 or 6 Guest Relations booths. If an emergency message is received, a Guest Relations representative will bring the message to your seat and show you to the nearest house phone. At no time does the United Center page an individual or group.

Entry Inspections
All guests entering the arena are subject to visual inspection, bag check, and metal detection conducted by United Center security.

Escalators
Located at Gates 2, 3, 6 and 7, which will transport guests to the 200 Lexus Club level and 300 levels.

First Aid
Located on the 100 level across from section 115 and on the 300 level across from section 327, which are staffed by a Registered Nurse, EMT/Paramedic, and ambulance.

Food/Beverages
At no time is outside food or beverages allowed to be brought inside the arena. Concession stands are located throughout the arena that sells various types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Guests will be required to show proper photo identification and proof of age when purchasing alcoholic beverages.

Gate Times
Generally gates will open 1 ½ hours prior to the event/game, family shows may vary. Please contact the United Center for specific event times, 312-455-4500.

Group Sales
For group sales information for non Chicago Blackhawks and Chicago Bulls events please call 312-455-7469.

Guest Conduct
United Center intends to provide all guests with a safe, comfortable, and friendly environment. Our family atmosphere prohibits foul or abusive language, and any violation of these policies may result in ejection. Guests with obscene/ indecent clothing or seemingly intoxicated will not be granted access into the arena.

Guest Relations
Booths are located at the entrance of Gates 2 and 6, the Lexus Club Level at section 221, and on the 300 level across from section 325.

Hearing Assistance
Assistive listening devices (personal headsets) are available by visiting the Gates 2 or 6 Guest Relations booths and require a valid photo ID for use. 

I
I.D. Bracelets
Bracelets are available at either Gates 2 or 6 Guest Relations booths.

Iron Works Bar and Grill
Located across from section 309, find fan favorites served up with seven different beers, two plasma T.V. screens and great sandwiches on the 300 level. Eat in our casual seating area overlooking the Chicago skyline.

Jose Cuervo Cantina
Located across from section 103, please come for some south of the border fun that features six different types of margaritas.

K
Ketel One Club
Located across from section 119, this member’s only club is your own personal backstage pass. The Ketel One Club services a wide range of entrees from burgers to filet mignon, and features exciting specials each night. If you are a season ticket holder on the 100 or 300 level and are interested in membership, please call 312-455-7077.

Lost and Found
During an event if you have lost an item please visit the nearest Guest Relations booth.  After an event you may call 312-455-4504 Monday thru Friday 10:00am-4:00pm. Please leave a voice mail with the item description and your contact information.

Merchandise
Fandemonium is a complete merchandise store located on the 100 level across from section 117. This novelty store carries a variety of Chicago Blackhawks and Chicago Bulls memorabilia. Satellite merchandise stands are also located throughout the arena. Fandemonium is generally only open for Chicago Blackhawks and Chicago Bulls games.

Located outside of Gate 4 off of Wood St.

Parking
There is over 5,500 parking spaces available in lots surrounding the United Center that can be accessed from Damen Ave., Madison St., Adams St., Warren Blvd., Wood St., Monroe St., and Washington St. 

• Parking Charges: Lot H - $35.00, Lot C & K - $25.00, All Others - $20.00, Buses and Limos - $30.00
  Disney and Circus - $10.00 for Lot F and J. $20.00 for all the other lots. Prices are subject to change at any time. 
• Handicap Parking: Located on the south half of Lot G off of Damen Ave.
• Parking Policies:
       No in/out privileges
       No solicitation
       No consumption of alcoholic beverages in the lot or in your parked vehicle
       No free event parking, unless proper credential is displayed
       No tailgating, overnight parking or similar activities.

Premium Seating
In the United Center’s Premium Seating areas, there are 169 Executive Suites on three levels, one area on the Club Suite Level containing (32) 4-person individual Theater Boxes, 5 Super Suites on the Penthouse Level, and the Harris Club on the Club Suite Level. To inquire about leasing an Executive Suite, Theater Box or seats in the Harris Club, please call (312) 455-4120. To inquire about renting an Executive Suite or Super Suite for a particular event, please call (312) 455-4119.

Prohibited Item
Guests of the United Center are prohibited from entering the arena with the following:

• Air horns or any other artificial noise makers
• Fireworks
• Laser pens or laser products of any type
• Animals (excluding service animals)
• Outside food or beverage of any kind (alcoholic beverages included)
• Poles or sticks
• Projectiles
• Weapons of any kind, including guns and knives
• Any other item deemed unacceptable by the United Center. The United Center will not store any of the aforementioned items.

R
Recycling
Please help the United Center maintain its “Green” environment by placing your empty cups or any other appropriate item(s) in the recycling receptacles throughout the concourse.

Restrooms
Are located on all levels. Family restrooms are located on the 100 level in the First Aid room across from section 115/116, and on the 300 level at the top of section 303/304.

Re-Entry
Prohibited during all events.

Seating
All seating is assigned; guest should retain their ticket throughout the event.

Scoreboard Messages
Available for $100 with the proceeds going to the respected team’s charity, for the Chicago Blackhawks call 312-455-7000. For the Chicago Bulls call 312-455-4000. Messages are not available during concerts and special events.

Sign Language Interpreters
A two week notice is required for providing a certified sign language interpreter free of charge. Please contact the Guest Relations Department at 312-455-4509.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the arena. Currently a designated smoking area is located outside of Gate 7. To access you must have your ticket scanned upon exiting and re-entering.

Strollers
Must be checked in at any of the Guest Relations booths located at Gates 2 or 6, the Lexus Club Level at section 221, or on the 300 level across from section 325.

Sweet Baby Ray's Stand
Located at section 118/119, has a variety of your favorite BBQ entrees.

Ticket Information
Tickets may be purchased in person at the Gate 4 Box Office, by calling Ticketmaster at 800-745-3000, or visiting www.ticketmaster.com. United Center Box Office accepts cash, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.

Ticket Reselling
We recommend when purchasing tickets for any United Center event you only do so by using Ticketmaster or in person at the United Center Box Office. Tickets purchased thru a third party could be a lost, stolen, or duplication tickets and will not be accepted. Scalping a ticket is illegal in the arena or its surrounding properties.

Water Fountains
On the 100 and 300 levels they are located by the entrance/exit of each restroom. On the 200 Lexus Club Level they are located across from each restroom.
