Premium Seating provides you with many benefits and services. Amenities include private suite entrances and elevators, the right to purchase tickets to other public events, reserved parking and full-service catering from Levy restaurants. Premium Seating is committed to delivering exceptional convenience, comfort, value and service.

This handbook is designed to enhance your experience. Please note that these guidelines, procedures and policies are subject to change at the discretion of the United Center or team management.

Premium Seating Ticket Information

United Center ClickTix
United Center ClickTix provides tools for managing your Premium Seating. Within the site, you can transfer tickets by email, order special event tickets and additional tickets for Bulls and Blackhawks games (where applicable), pay invoices, update contact information and more.

Refund Policy
Once Premium Seating Members have purchased tickets to other events, or additional suite tickets to Bulls or Blackhawks games, there are no refunds or exchanges. Premium Seating tickets and parking passes may not be resold, as detailed in the License Agreement.

Chicago Bulls and Chicago Blackhawks Premium Seating Tickets and Parking Passes
Tickets and parking passes for the Bulls and Blackhawks season will be placed in each Member’s United Center ClickTix account before the first home preseason game. Each ticket includes a retail discount that guests can show at checkout at any United Center retail location for a 15% discount. Exclusions apply.

Additional Tickets
Executive Suite Holders have the right to purchase eight to ten additional Suite tickets (depending on their location) to their designated Bulls and Blackhawks games. Additional suite tickets must be ordered through United Center ClickTix. Additional BMO Club tickets and Michelob Ultra Club Theater Boxes may also be available for purchase. Mobile Tickets

United Center Box Office
The United Center Box Office is located inside the East Atrium building. Box Office hours are Monday through Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and through halftime for Bulls games, or through the first period for Blackhawks games. On Sunday game days, the box office is open from 12:00 p.m. until first intermission or halftime. For box office assistance, please call (312) 455-4444.

Event Notifications
When offering Premium Seating Members the opportunity to purchase tickets and parking passes to other events, the United Center will communicate via email in advance of tickets going on sale to the general public. Email notifications will be sent prior to the general public on-sale and will include detailed information about the event, including purchasing deadlines. Every Premium Seating Member must have a valid email address on file, and the United Center cannot be responsible for notifications blocked by spam filters or returned as undeliverable.

Relocation of Premium Seating Members for Obstructed View Events
Depending on stage configurations, certain Premium Seating Members may have an obstructed view. Obstructed views will be determined by the performer(s) on an event-by-event basis. Accounts with obstructed views will receive the opportunity to buy seat locations in the seating bowl.

If a Suite Holder purchases tickets in the arena when their suite is obstructed, they will also receive an equal number of obstructed view Executive Suite Passes in their ClickTix account. Ticket holders will be given access to the Executive Suite Level only after providing a mobile event ticket and their mobile obstructed view suite pass. The ticket and pass will allow Suite access up to 15 minutes prior to the scheduled event time. A member of our event team will visit your Suite as a courtesy when it is time to relocate to your arena seats. Upon leaving the Suite, all guests will be required to remove all personal belongings. During the event, all Suite Holders and guests must sit in their ticketed seats in the arena. The obstructed view suite pass policy is subject to change on days when there are multiple events, or under special circumstances at the discretion of United Center management.

Since the final placement and configuration of the stage, lighting and sound equipment may change prior to an event, suites previously designated as obstructed view may be reclassified as unobstructed. This may occur as late as the evening of the event. Should that occur, Suite Holders would have the option of sitting in their reserved seats in the seating bowl or sitting in their suite provided they have a ticket accompanied by an Executive Suite Pass. A member of our event team will notify your Suite during the event if this is the case.

In the event the BMO Club and/or Michelob Ultra Club is not available for a special event, these Members will follow a similar process to Suite Holders and receive the opportunity to buy seat locations in the seating bowl. No obstructed view suite level passes are issued for the BMO Club and Ultra Club.

What If I’m Late or Don’t Respond?
If the United Center does not receive an order from the Premium Seating Member, it is considered as "No Interest" for the event. Due to limited ticket availability, late orders cannot be accommodated. We can also not guarantee your Premium location will be available once the deadline passes.

Special Event Guidelines
For all special events, including concerts and ice shows, please follow these guidelines when the show begins:

  • The ceiling and bar lights must be turned off in the Suites to maintain the lights out atmosphere often required for events.
  • The television(s) will be automatically turned off at the scheduled event time in the Suite unless the promoter has allowed the use of an in-house closed-circuit broadcast of the performance.

Changes in Account Information
The Premium Seating Department requires two authorized contacts remain on file for each Premium Seating Member account. Premium Seating Members are responsible for notifying the United Center of any changes to their contact name, address, phone or email address. Requests for changes can be emailed to or by contacting your dedicated Account Service Executive.

Payment Policies
All Premium Seating Members are required to have two valid credit cards on file. Members can use an unlimited number of credit cards when purchasing tickets through

Premium Seating Parking

For Bulls and Blackhawks home games and special events, every Premium Seating Member will receive complimentary parking as outlined in their license agreement with additional parking available for purchase. Passes labeled "ALT LOT" are valid for parking in Lots A, B, D, F or L. Holders of these passes will be directed to A, B, D, F or L lots by traffic police and parking attendants based on traffic conditions. Parking passes are good for one space each. All parking passes are mobile entry only.

Premium Seating parking passes are valid for buses or limousines under the guidelines outlined below. Depending on availability, your vehicle may be relocated to another United Center parking lot. We encourage you to arrive early

  • For Bulls and Blackhawks games, all extended vehicles such as limousines, smaller buses and large school buses may park in Lot B only. Two Suite Holder parking passes are required (Parking Pass C, K or Alternate Lots).
  • For Special Events, all extended vehicles such as limousines, smaller busses and large school busses will be accommodated in Lot C or Lot K. Two Suite Holder parking passes are required (Parking Pass C, K or Alternate Lots).

Premium Seating Member General Information

To access the United Center and the Premium Seating Levels, you may enter at Gate 2½ on Madison Street, or Gate 6 ½ on Adams Street (through Lot K). A Premium Seating (Lower, Club or Penthouse Level) ticket is needed to access any suite level. Adjacent to these gates are lobbies with private Premium Seating elevators and stairs which will take Premium Seating Members and their guests directly up to all three Suite levels. Lower Level and Club Level Suite ticket holders are encouraged to use the stairs when possible, to alleviate congestion at the elevators.

All Suite Holders have access to the 100 and 300 Level public concourses. The 200 Level and Chicago Stadium Club are for Lexus Club Level members only and are not accessible to Suite Holders. BMO Club and Michelob Ultra Club are only available to patrons holding specific tickets to those areas.

For Bulls and Blackhawks games, the gates typically open 90 minutes prior to game time. For other events, the promoter of the event will determine gate times.

Premium Seating Check-In
When arriving on the Lower, Club and Penthouse Suite Levels, mobile tickets will be checked and scanned, and one hand will be stamped with invisible ultraviolet ink.

If guests choose to leave the Suite level during the event, they must take their mobile device with them and exit through the center doors by the elevator lobbies. All guests returning to Suites with a previously scanned ticket must have a hand stamp. Any guest attempting to access the Suite Level without a valid ticket and hand stamp will be denied entry.

Departure Procedures
When leaving the Executive Suite or the Suite Level, be sure to take your mobile device with you to ensure re-entry. And please remember that once you leave the United Center, re-entry is NOT PERMITTED.

Premium Seating guests will be permitted to remain on the Premium Seating Lower, Club and Penthouse Levels, including the BMO Club and Michelob Ultra Club, up to one hour following the conclusion of the event while traffic clears. This policy is subject to change at the discretion of United Center management.

Appropriate Behavior – Premium Conduct
For the comfort, safety and enjoyment of all Premium Seating Members and their guests, the United Center requests appropriate behavior at all times. The licensees will be held responsible for the conduct of their guests.

Premium Seating Members or guests who engage in inappropriate behavior will be subject to ejection from the United Center or possible prosecution. Inappropriate behavior by Suite Holders or guests may constitute a major default of the Suite License Agreement.

Premium Seating Members and guests are also subject to housekeeping or repair charges for any damage or extra cleaning required in the suite or box.

Security Procedures & Bag Policy
These measures help ensure the safety and security of our guests:

  • Security personnel inside and outside of the United Center.
  • Guests may enter the arena with a small purse or personal bag up to 10" x 6" x 2" in size. Backpacks are prohibited. Exceptions for medical or diaper bags will be allowed. Please note that all approved bags are subject to inspection upon entry.
  • Per the United Center’s security policies, no outside signage, gifts, electronic or medical equipment, etc. are allowed in the building for use or display in the Premium areas.
  • The United Center is unable to check or store prohibited items during the game. This policy is subject to change at the discretion of United Center management.
  • Bag check is available in United Center Parking Lot J on Wood St. and Monroe St.
  • No other items may be brought into the United Center without prior management approval.

Premium Seating Security
To ensure safety and security, please note the following guidelines:

  • Please do not leave any valuables unattended in the Suite.
  • When in the Suite seating area, please refrain from standing in the aisles. This tends to impede the view of guests in neighboring suites.
  • Please do not leave items (binoculars, coats, retail purchases, etc.) in the Suite. The United Center cannot be responsible for items left behind following an event. The locked Levy Restaurants cabinet above the sink area is for beverages only.
  • Please use a plastic cup for your beverage when leaving your Suite lounge. In addition, please do not bring cans, bottles or glasses from your lounge area into the permanent seating area, into the Suite concourses, or onto the Suite elevators.

Player Appearances
Former Bulls and Blackhawks players may be available to make guest appearances in your suite. Appearances may require player fees and are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact your Account Service Executive for more information.

Rental Suites
