Account Executive, Premium Sales

Premium Sales Account Executives are responsible for selling an array of United Center premium ticket-related products, that include the Chicago Bulls, Chicago Blackhawks and Concerts/Special Events. Heavy emphasis will be placed on new business development through both virtual and face-to-face meetings at the United Center and out of office. Ideal candidate must be detail oriented and organized with the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of clientele.


  • Responsible include, but are not limited to, the sale of season suite licenses and club spaces for Bulls, Blackhawks and Concerts/Special Events.
  • Meet and exceed established weekly, monthly and annual sales goals.
  • Build new relationships through self-prospecting, cold calling and effective campaign management.
  • Generate virtual, out of office and United Center “face-to-face” meetings to create new opportunities with top area businesses and B2C sales campaign leads.
  • Candidate should be well-versed in prospecting, appointment setting and executing sales presentations in a face-to-face & virtual format.
  • Entertain and nurture relationships with prospects through creative means, including but not limited to: one-on-one meals, prospect sampling at games, seat visits at games and outside meetings.
  • The candidate will be accountable for weekly and monthly KPI’s (calls, touchpoints and appointments).

  • Candidate should possess strong communication skills to conduct sales presentations.
  • Continually create and implement unique sales strategies, ideas and programs as a means of producing new business opportunities.

  • Participate and contribute to daily or weekly sales team meetings and game-day duties.


  • Successful sales experience regardless of previous industry.
  • Four-year college degree.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to function in fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects and adhere to deadlines.
  • Proficient computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and Outlook) as well as the ability to learn and master new software programs; including both the CRM and ticketing systems.
  • Ability to navigate the arena in order to visit prospects during home games and escort potential customers on seat tours; showing various seating options at facilities on both gamedays and non-gamedays.
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.         


Help Desk Technician III

General Responsibilities:

The Help Desk Technician III will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, documenting, and implementing processes surrounding current software systems. This position is responsible for responding to technical support requests for business applications, such as, accounting platforms, Business Process Management (BPM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), or Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). The Enterprise Application Analyst is also responsible for vetting vendors and making recommendations to management, maintaining vendor connections and contracts to ensure quality support and redundancies for vendor management.

Specific Duties:(Other duties may be assigned.)

  • Daily administration and support of business systems including, but not limited to, managing user setup, system configuration, and layout changes
  • Work with business stakeholders, developers, and end-users to define requirements, develop, and manage new features and processes within the applications
  • Manage the software testing process, which includes devising test plans, creating test cases, establishing protocols and appropriate testing environments, and coordinating actual software testing with end users
  • Identify system problems and manage the resolution process
  • Creating and maintaining documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help related materials for users

  • Expertise and experience with Sage Accounting applications preferred.

  • Understands the workflow and process requirements of complex application systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to be the subject matter expert in supporting, maintaining, and administering complex applications.

  • Required Qualifications:
    • 3+ years’ experience working with Sage 100 ERP or similar ERP
    • 1+ year of implementation, development, and system configuration experience
    • Experience with Excel pivot tables
    • Experience with MS SQL Server
    • Experience with VB Script
    • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure



General Responsibilities:

Responsible for high volume, full-cycle recruiting to satisfy the part-time staffing needs of all AYS departments.  Will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs and be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals.  Ultimately, responsible for ensuring AYS attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline. 


Specific Duties:  

  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
  • Attend job fairs and plan recruiting events as necessary
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications and maintain tracking database
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Coordinate scheduling second interview appointments with department managers as necessary
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
  • Coordinate and track the fulfillment of all pre-employment requirements (background checks, drug test, etc.) and training requirements
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the Senior Director
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Promote company’s brand and culture.
  • Proficient with computer software, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.  Other software programs used include Ulitpro and Taleo.
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Bachelors Degree from a four-year college or university or
