2nd Shift Building Security Supervisor

Summary:

In the role as Building Security Supervisor, you will help our team bring the next round of stories to life on the United Center campus.

General Responsibilities:
Monitor Building Security Team Members working on a specific shift to ensure a safe environment for the United Center and all its Team Members.

Specific Duties (Include but not limited to):

  • Supervise a shift of Security Officers.
  • Monitor alarms and security cameras.
  • Conduct a Supervisor round (patrol) of all post during a shift. The patrol is to ensure all full time and part time staff are properly performing job function.
  • Update and track time and attendance documents.
  • Communicate and address attendance, job performance issues with team members in a quick and timely manner.
  • Ensure that all guests and Team Members who enter and exit comply with all security procedures.
  • Utilize shift reports to communicate critical information to other supervisors.
  • Monitor all buildings and property on United Center property.

General Responsibilities:
As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies to drive engagement, brand awareness, and promotion of our concerts, special events, and food and beverage experiences. Requirements & Additional Details:

  • 4+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, with a demonstrated track record in leading social media strategies for Instagram and TikTok specifically.
  • Advanced proficiency in social media platforms (specifically Instagram and TikTok), analytics tools, and content creation software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.).

The Information Security Analyst will play a key role in monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security incidents and threats targeting our environment. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, have a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for identifying and mitigating cybersecurity risks. This is a hybrid position.

Specific Responsibilities (Include but not limited to):

  • Responsible for validating security alerts and ensuring appropriate action is taken to mitigate threats
  • Investigate security incidents, and vulnerabilities to ensure appropriate action is taken to mitigate threats
  • Technical owner for internal security tools and primary contact for external partners
  • Maintain security incident response plans, procedures, and documentation

Summary:
To deliver quality customer service, receive payment from customers for parking services and facilitate the flow of traffic through the gate.

Responsibilities:

Essential Duties

  • Promote family atmosphere, guest enjoyment and safety
  • Motivate and coach event staff to fulfill job responsibilities
  • Assist the manager on duty in the resolution of guest concerns
  • Knowledge of all venue amenities/services provided, the venue policies/procedures including evacuation
  • Knowledge of company policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Must be 20 years of age or older
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of direct customer service experience

  • Must be energetic and willing to motivate event staff
  • Must be available to work evening and weekend hours. Report times typically start at 4:30pm on weekdays and any time on weekend days.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for a minimum of 5 hours

Specific Duties

  • Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers
  • Operate ticket scanners and ensure all guests have proper tickets or credentials
