All fans must have received a negative COVID-19 diagnostic test within 48-hours before entry to the facility and provide printed proof of a negative result prior to entering the United Center. Or, be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (at least two weeks after final dose) and provide proof of vaccination - either the original vaccination card or a printed copy of the vaccination card.

What is the General Admission (GA) process?

STARTING TIME: At 9 AM, guests will receive numbered wristbands. This represents the order you will line up in for GA pits.

NO CAMPING: For the safety of all guests, camping is not allowed. Arriving at 9 AM on show date is the earliest allowable arrival for visiting fans.

LOCATION: Guests will only receive wristbands from a credentialed United Center security employee at Gate 5.

LEAVING PRIVILEGES: Once the wristband is received, guests are free to leave but must return to Gate 5 by 4 PM; the location where the wristband was distributed.

RETURNING TIME: All guests with a wristband must return to the United Center and be lined up in order of the wristband by 4 PM to have wristband number honored.

LATE ARRIVAL: If a guest with a numbered wristband arrives after 4 PM, the guest will be placed in line after the last guest in line.

SAME DAY ONLY: Guests for the Sep. 24 show can only line up on Sep. 24. Guests for the Sep. 25 show can only line up on Sep. 25. The wristband number order only works for the day of the show that you line up for.

ONE PROCESS: This is the only process approved for GA entry. No additional arrangements can be honored at this time.
Can I camp out for the General Admission (GA) line?
For the safety of all guests, camping on United Center property is not allowed. Arriving at the start time listed on the official GA process is the earliest allowable arrival for visiting fans.
Where will General Admission (GA) fans enter the arena?
Fans will line up and enter at Gate 5, which is located on the south side of the United Center near the South Atrium entrance.
What should I know about showing proof of vaccination?
Please note this show is requiring all fans to provide proof of full vaccination OR PRINTED proof of a negative COVID-19 test within 48 hours of the event for entry. The final dose of all vaccinations should be received 14 days prior to the show date. Final dose should be received by Sept. 10 for the show on Sept. 24 or by Sept. 11 for the show on Sept. 25. Will at-home tests be accepted?
The tour requires the test is ‘date and time stamped’ and since most at-home tests don’t have that ability, we recommend getting a test from a lab within 48 hours of your show date to be safe.
I need to get a negative COVID-19 test? What are nearby locations that you recommend?
The Center For COVID Control located at 231 S. State St, Chicago, IL 60604 and open daily from 9 AM – 7 PM. All tests are free for international, insured and uninsured visitors. Please call them at (312) 210-7404 or make an appointment online at centerforcovidcontrol.org.
Do I need to enter at the gate listed on my ticket?
Fans who are attending a suite or (GA) general admission should enter through the gate noted on their ticket. All other guests can enter through the nearest entrance when they arrive. Harry Styles Venue Hack: The South Atrium entrance is one of the fastest entrances to the building.
Can I pay for parking in advance?

Where is the best place to drop off my kids and pick up?
Near the corner of Wood St. and Monroe St. by parking lot H. Easy access to the North, South, East Atrium and Gate 5 General Admission (GA) line (near the South Atrium Entrance), this corner is ideal.
